Karen O'Connor brings over two decades of elite-level contract negotiation and deal-making expertise to the sports representation arena. Throughout her distinguished career in entertainment business and legal affairs, Karen has drafted and negotiated agreements for some of the biggest names in Hollywood, working with industry powerhouses including FOX Entertainment, Warner Bros., Sony Pictures Television, and The Walt Disney Studios.

As a seasoned legal professional specializing in high-level talent agreements, rights acquisitions, and IP management, Karen has spent more than twenty years successfully navigating complex, high-stakes negotiations across film, television, animation, and digital media platforms. Her proven track record includes structuring production and talent deals with major brands and franchises, and establishing legal frameworks that protect both clients and content across multiple distribution channels. Karen's strategic approach to contract negotiation, combining meticulous attention to detail with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and standards, has consistently delivered favorable outcomes for both talent and studios while maintaining strong professional relationships across the entertainment landscape.

Karen’s expertise spans the full spectrum of entertainment law, from guild compliance and labor relations to IP protection and rights clearance, making her uniquely positioned to advocate for athletes and sports franchises navigating the increasingly complex intersection of sports, media, and brand partnerships.

A Southern California native, Karen now resides in Las Vegas with her husband, Casey, and their Husky/German Shepherd mix, Ozzy. In her free time, she volunteers with Hearts Alive Village, a local animal rescue, and is an avid Vegas Golden Knights fan.
